About the Bank
On October 28, 2002 the dream of a few local business people to form a new community bank to serve the Greater Stateline area became a reality when Gateway Community Bank was chartered in Roscoe, Illinois. The bank grew quickly and in 2009 opened a new office location in Beloit, Wisconsin. The Bank now serves the banking needs of consumers and businesses across both Winnebago County in northern Illinois and Rock County in southern Wisconsin.
On June 25, 2018 the bank relocated its Main Office and banking operations in Roscoe to the busy intersection of highway 251 and Elevator Road. The Bank is actively looking to grow and is evaluating future office locations in the region.
Known for providing excellent customer service and its ability to move quickly when addressing the borrowing needs of businesses, Gateway Community Bank continues to expand its reach across the communities we serve. Simply said, at Gateway Community Bank – “We Do Banking Better”!
